Last year the CRM Idol community reached CRM professionals in the Americas (including Latin America) and Europe/EMEA, and this year, the Asia/Australia region is now part of the community. With a larger audience we have expanded our community efforts for CRM Idol with an active community manager.

CRM Idol Community Forum: CRM is all about engagement and building relations. We want to build an active and dynamic community… join CRM Idol and participate in the discussions.

As the community grows we could be opening other channels such as Google+ and LinkedIn. Stay tuned to our news in case we expand the conversations to other channels.
